🔒 Protect your account
- Use a strong, unique password — at least 10 characters with letters and numbers.
- Never share your password with anyone.
- Change your password regularly, especially after suspicious login attempts.
- After failed logins your account is temporarily locked (8 attempts / 15 minutes).
🤝 Safe meetings
- Meet only in public places — markets, cafés, village centers.
- Tell friends or family where you are going and when you expect to return.
- Trust your intuition — if something feels wrong, walk away.
- For farm deals and equipment viewings, bring someone with you when possible.
💳 Safe payments
- Never send money in advance to strangers.
- Use Stripe / platform checkout for TOP and Pro packages.
- Inspect the product, animal, or machinery before you pay.
- Avoid unknown wallets and unsafe transfer methods.
- Prefer sellers verified through Farm Passport.
🔍 Beware of scams
- Be wary of offers that are too good to be true.
- Check the seller's Farm Score, passport, and listing history.
- Do not trust phone-only “verification” without a platform profile.
- Report suspicious listings with the Report button or via Contact.
📱 Personal data
- Share only the information needed for the deal.
- Do not send bank details or card numbers in chat.
- Use platform contact details and WhatsApp from the listing.
- Watch for phishing — Xndzor.com will never ask for your password by email.
⚠️ Report violations
- Report suspicious, fake, or illegal listings.
- Use the Report listing button on the listing page.
- Contact support immediately for serious violations.
- Help keep the community safe — your report matters.
Data protection
The site uses a secure connection (HTTPS) — your information is sent in encrypted form.
Passwords are stored in scrambled form — we cannot see your actual password.
Login information is protected so other websites cannot misuse it.
Card payments go through Stripe's secure checkout page — we never store your card number.
We do not share your personal data with others without your permission.
